Raised in the small town of Toomsboro, Georgia by her Grandparents, James and Sarah Gilmore, I learned the importance of taking care of my home, myself, and people near and far. I was always taught to be self sufficient and make a way for myself and my family. I was taught my way around the kitchen at a young age and seasonings was a major key when making the best meals. My grandparents could make anything delicious with just a little Sprinkle, Sprinkle. As I grew old and began cooking for my family and friends, I always had my seasonings ready to work and make the best meals. Due to allergies overtime, I had to change the seasonings I was accustomed to using for much healthier ones which began to be a challenge. I knew I had to do something. I began making my own blends and on August 23, 2019. Seasoned By Mea, LLC was born.
